All Sales Are Final

All items are final sale. We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these purchases. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and orders placed with discount or promo codes.
Note: If we make a mistake on your order, we’ll make it right.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (14-Day Window)

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us so we can help.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage (if applicable)

What we’ll do: After review, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund (based on stock and issue). If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.


How to Start a Return (Defect/Damage Only)

  1. Email us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for approval and instructions.

  3. If a return is required, use the provided return label and follow the instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (All orders)

  • Discounted/promotional purchases

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)


Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.)

Damages in Transit

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.
